Due to the hygienic nature of our product, LYVAX bath sponges cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you, including covering any return shipping fees.

Order cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at +20 12 1111 5625. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

The LYVAX Promise: If your sponge loses its shape or breaks down within 30 days of normal use, we will replace it free of charge.
